My name is Michael J. Muzik, President of Cattail Construction, Inc. with over 25 years of Experience. My family has been in the Development Business as far back as I can remember. I started at the bottom learning the Building Business as a laborer picking up trash around the job sites as a kid. It always excited me being on a Residential Construction job site. I worked my way up the ladder through the trades it took to build a home, and little by little I learned what it took to build a quality home. While learning the Building Business in the field I went to various colleges for Business and Construction Degrees. From there I decided to start a Building Business called Cattail Construction, Inc. which offered Home Improvement and New Residential Construction. I found my Company's calling was in New Residential Construction. Cattail Construction now specializes in building New Residential Communities and Spot lots in Anne Arundel County, Maryland. I grew up and have lived in Anne Arundel County, Maryland my whole life. Cattail Construction is a small family owned and operated business. As a small business we're able to pay close attention to detail and quality thru our office manager, construction manager, service technician, and punch-out people. In addition I walk job sites daily to manage quality control. I've Lived and Breathed the New Construction Business for years and will continue to do so because I Love what I do for a Living, as well as Building homes for people to Build memories and families !
